All ISON Material is protected by Australian laws governing the protection of intellectual property rights and where applicable the intellectual property laws of other jurisdictions. Under Australian copyright law, a publication will be protected even if it does not display the © symbol.
In addition to the uses permitted under applicable laws, ISON grants its general permission for anyone to use the ISON Material for any purpose, but only with accurate and appropriate attribution of the relevant ISON Material and ISON or the relevant ISON Organisation as its author.
You do not need to obtain specific permission to use ISON Material in this way.
To be clear, confidential documents and any reports commissioned by another person or body who may own the copyright or other intellectual property rights in them are not ISON Material, and these permissions do not apply to those documents.
